If you're interested in ordering an engraved memorial tile to be installed at the RTF Angel Memorial Plaza in Parker, simply download the order form, fill it out completely, and send it back to us.
Orders are due by March 1 and September 1 each year. We aim to have them installed by the next memorial event, but weather and labor shortages and the pandemic have made it impossible for us to guarantee that anymore.
Wall tiles can be purchased for $250 for a full tile (up to 8 lines/20 spaces per line), or $150 for a half tile (up to 3 lines/20 spaces per line.
Garden stones were a one-time limited promotion made available to donors who funded the garden installation, and they are no longer available.

Because of the symbols available to be added to your wall tile, we ask that you use this paper form. We've tried to get that portion in an online form but it ends up being quite confusing, so we're keeping it old-school.
How to send your form to us:
- You may email us the form info as text in the body of an email, or
- Scan the completed form and email to us as an attachment, or
- Email us a picture of the form, or
- Send in the snail mail. (Please email us so we know to look for it!)
- You can pay via paper check in the mail or online donation.
Orders can be sent to us any time. We gather them and place orders in batches twice a year. Your order needs to be received with payment by March 1 or by September 1 in order to be included in the current batch. If you miss the order deadline, your order will be included in the next batch.
