Engraved Memorial Tiles

If you’re interested in ordering an engraved memorial tile to be installed at the RTF Angel Memorial Plaza in Parker, simply download the order form and fill it out completely. Orders are due by March 1 and September 1 each year in order to be installed by the next memorial event (weather permitting).

All of the information you need is on the form, but if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Because of the symbols and special characters available to be added to your tile, we ask that you use this paper form. We’ve tried to get that portion in an online form but it ends up being quite confusing. So, you may email us the form info as text in the body of an email, scan the completed form and email, send in the snail mail, or arrange for someone from RTF to meet you to hand deliver if you’re local. You can pay via check or online donation. Or cash (only if we meet in person).

Orders are placed in batches twice a year.  Your order needs to be received with payment by March 1 in order to be installed in time for our June butterfly release, or by September 1 in order to be ready for the December Candlelight Remembrance.

Payment can be made online through our secure donation portal, mailed in via check, or a credit card called in to our office.
